- When you email us: your name, contact details, what you would like made and any artwork you send. We use these to answer you, prepare a quote, and make and deliver your order.
- When you visit this website: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
This website has no forms, accounts or checkout. We do not take payments on it.
Who we share it with
Jessica and approved team members handle orders. Service providers help us run the business: Hostinger hosts this website and Microsoft provides our email, and Google provides website analytics. Printers, suppliers and delivery carriers receive only what their part of an order needs.
We do not use your artwork in advertising or on social media without your separate permission. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
